Psychotherapy Services
I provide individual and family therapy to:
- Children ages 8-12
- Teens ages 13-18
- Young Adults/Transitional Age Youth ages 18-25
I have experience and expertise in helping clients through:
- Anxiety
- Stress
- Depression
- Adjusting to life transitions
- Past or recent trauma, including childhood abuse or neglect
- Poor self-esteem or self-image
- Attachment and relationship struggles
- Issues related to identity development, including racial and gender identity
- Struggles in parent-child communication
- Adoption-related adjustments, questions, or feelings (including issues related to transracial adoptions)
- Navigating and processing thoughts and emotions around past or current involvement with child welfare/foster care system
Clinical Supervision and Consultation
I offer child and adolescent-focused individual and group supervision and peer consultation for mental health therapists and associates (can provide hours to count towards LCSW, LPC, and LMFT in the state of Oregon).
I am also available to provide child/teen-focused support and consultation to:
- Parents/Caregivers
- Other service providers, including schools, juvenile justice, adoption workers, and mentors
