Insurance

I am in-network with most commercials plans with Moda, Pacific Source, Aetna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Many insurance companies have out-of-network benefits. I am happy to provide you with a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance. Because there are so many different types of insurance plans, I cannot guarantee coverage or reimbursement for my services if I am out-of-network.

It is your responsibility to call your insurance to determine the coverage for your/your child’s mental health services.

Reduced Fees

I offer a limited number of reduced fee sessions for families who do not have out-of-network benefits, and/or who are uninsured.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of each session/service. I can accept cash, personal check, or credit card and have an option for online auto-payment through the patient portal.

Cancellations

Please inform me of any cancellations as soon as possible. This provides more opportunities for other families to schedule and access services.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will be charged the full amount of the session. This fee also applies to no-shows. Please note that insurance does not cover these fees.
